Osage Nation Title VI Program Annual Honor Day
This year the Osage Nation Title VI Program will host their Annual Honor Day and their honoree of the year will be Olivia Lookout and Bill and Andrea Renfrow. The program has this event each year to honor some of the elders for their years of service to the people. Please come and join us for the first ever Osage News political debates for the upcoming June 2010 elections. This event will be held at the Grayhorse Indian Village, east of Fairfax, Ok, turn East on Harrison off State Hwy 18. Head Staff will be, Marvin Stepson, Master of Ceremonies; Scott George, Head Singer; Nick Williams, Arena Director; Frank McKinley, John Williams, Flag Raisers: Marine Corps League; Gary Elsberry, Head Man Dancer; and Tara Damron, Head Lady Dancer. There will be Men’s and Women’s dance contest that will pay out 3 places: 1st place $200, 2nd place $150 and 3rd place $100 with trophies.
