Louis Gray has decided to appeal the Osage Nation Election Board’s decision to not certify Gray’s candidacy for the June 7 election. Gray hopes to run for the Osage Nation Congress.

The election board did not approve Louis Gray’s candidacy because he told them that he had been charged with a felony in 1992. Gray was not convicted of the felony and the incident does not appear on Gray’s record. The election board would never have known about the charge except for Gray told them about it.

At least they could of bought a more exquisite site to post there questions instead of being cheap.
At least it gives a little information to lead to the buyer to confront them and ask them a few questions.

I got a question Cathy, Why on the OsageChief.com website do they have the keywords name=”keywords” content=”osage chief minerals honesty accountability gray redeagle election congress” and no one else listed? What does “redeagle” have to do with it? As you know when people do an internet search if they were looking up any of these keywords it would hit on that site.

Never mind, sorry. The website is owned by another candidate running for chief. I found that out by comparing both their candidate website domain registrar with osagechief.com. Don’t understand why he would put himself as private.

You know a lot more than I do about this web site. I found it running a search for pages at Facebook. Maybe the other candidate doesn’t want to answer any questions either.

I read those questions on tha website. For one the Indian Mound is where the Osages orginated from. So putting two and two together it sounds like to me that it is Osage. Number 2 it was Congress that didn’t allow the bonuses to be paid it wasn’t the Chief, Well I won’t say all the Congress members but some of them. I suggest you actually research and you will find some good answers. Like going to the Osage Tribe website and listen to all of the Congress sessions and instead of always blaming the Chief you will see that it wasn’t always him. The thing that you have to remember you have to look at the bigger picture and outside your box.

I just found the website but since we’re on the subject, how do you justify the Chief submitting a budget bill of $51,000,000 for the Executive Branch alone that didn’t include the budget for the Office of the Chiefs when there was only a maximum of $25,000,000 to spend? it’s up there on the Congressional web site under the Hun-Kah Session legislation. How far out of the box are we expected to think or go along with? Why do you seem to be so resistant to examine the opposite point of view? For a non-partisan website that is supposed to be open to all points of view, you act like anyone who disagrees with you is storming the walls of the Castle and you’re the bouncer at the front gate.
